Mock magazine spread with full page illustration, spot illustrations and type layout about seasonal allergies and plants that cause them.
Akashinga means “The Brave Ones.” A title that is well earned by the group of women in Zimbabwe on the biggest elephant reserve in Africa. Every time these women go to work, they put their lives at risk to protect wildlife from poachers. This group of women inspired me to paint them in uniform as a mock article. This series includes a full page illustration for National Geographic, a spot illustration and a double page spread.
